We’re setting our sights on a new stretch goal: the addition of buildable boats! With this goal, Astor will be able to craft sailing vessels and be able to embark on the waters of the TerraBeast. What new wonders and new lands await for you to discover across this aquatic terrain?

New Archipelago Biome Unlocked 🍍🍍🍍

Hi Oddfauna Superstars!

We’re all going on a little trip to the islands! We just hit another milestone and unlocked the Archipelago stretch goal!

We’re taking Astor to a whole new biome. It’s a land of scattered island clusters. There will be all kinds of new beasts and plants to discover. But... what new dangers could be lurking for Astor in this seemingly sunny place?

Hey there OddFauna Globetrotters!

We are SOO close to hitting our next stretch goal, and it’s going to take Astor away to a whole new far-flung land. It’s an as-yet unknown biome, a sunny, mysterious collection of islands called the Archipelago!

We’re so excited for you to splash your way through this new terrain and discover all the new beasts and plants that reside there! There’s a number of biomes already for Astor to explore, lush forests, snowy peaks, and grassy plains, and this new location will offer up some unique intrigue and lucky surprises.

We’re confident we can reach this goal with your support! Thanks for showing so much love for our creation already throughout this campaign. 

Let’s blast off and take Astor to this undiscovered country!

Hello Oddfauna Creators!
 

We’ve done it again! The next Stretch Goal, Character Creation has been unlocked! Thank you all for making this happen.
 

 This will really enhance the fun factor in our game and allow you to personalize Astor as you see fit. 

You’ll be able to alter our main character's face, mane, body, tail, and backpack. You can apply backpack pins and even more additional accessories for Astor to wear.

 We even have a high-level tier, the Beastly Designer, that will allow you to work with us to create your own custom skin that all players will be able to use in the finished game.
 

How do you want your Astor to look? Feline? Camouflage? Celestial? Let us know in the comments below. Feedback is always appreciated!

Whoa. Wow wow wow! We are funded! In just three hours! You all are incredible. Thank you so much for believing in this game. 💚

It’s been a dream for Emma and myself to make OddFauna into a game. And now, we can make that dream into a reality. Thank you thank you thank you!

You all helped us reach our funding goal in just 3 hours! And we’ve been highlighted by Kickstarter as a “Project We Love.”
 

It's not over yet though! There are still a number of stretch goals to hit. These are all elements that would be incredible to have in the game, but might not be possible without your support.

Some of the awesome stretch goals include: 

• Secret of Mana composer Hiroki Kikuta for the soundtrack!
• Advanced customization system! 
• New biomes with new plants and beasts! 
• New legendary beasts! 

If we smash through these first stretch goals, we’ll unlock some higher level goals including co-op, multiplayer, and even more bonus super secret goals!
